Nhằm đẩy mạnh hoạt động truyền thông đối ngoại, nâng cao vị thế học thuật và mở rộng kết nối quốc tế, Trường Đại học Luật TP.HCM sẽ chính thức triển khai xuất bản bản tin ULAW NEWS bằng ngôn ngữ nước ngoài, bắt đầu từ ngày 01/01/2026. Đây là một trong những hoạt động trọng điểm trong chiến lược truyền thông – hội nhập của Nhà trường, hướng đến việc đưa hình ảnh, hoạt động đào tạo và nghiên cứu khoa học của ULAW tiếp cận sâu rộng hơn với cộng đồng học thuật quốc tế.
Theo Kế hoạch đã được ban hành, ULAW NEWS được xây dựng với mục tiêu trở thành kênh thông tin chính thống, có tính hệ thống, phản ánh đầy đủ các hoạt động nổi bật của Nhà trường trong từng giai đoạn. Thông qua bản tin, Trường Đại học Luật TP.HCM không chỉ quảng bá thương hiệu học thuật, mà còn cung cấp nguồn thông tin đáng tin cậy cho các đối tác quốc tế, các trường đại học liên kết, học giả, chuyên gia và sinh viên nước ngoài đang quan tâm đến môi trường đào tạo và nghiên cứu luật học tại Việt Nam.
Một điểm nhấn quan trọng của ULAW NEWS là hình thức bản tin song ngữ, bảo đảm tính chuẩn xác về nội dung và đặc biệt là độ chính xác của thuật ngữ pháp lý trong quá trình dịch thuật. Tiếng Anh sẽ là ngôn ngữ được thực hiện định kỳ hằng tuần, trong khi các ngôn ngữ khác như tiếng Pháp, tiếng Nhật và tiếng Trung sẽ được triển khai theo chuyên đề hoặc theo quý, phù hợp với định hướng hợp tác và nhu cầu tiếp cận của từng nhóm đối tượng quốc tế.
Về nội dung, ULAW NEWS được thiết kế theo dạng tổng hợp các sự kiện nổi bật trong tuần, phản ánh toàn diện các lĩnh vực hoạt động của Nhà trường. Bản tin bao gồm các nhóm thông tin chính như: tin tức – sự kiện tiêu biểu; giới thiệu tổng quan về Trường; thông tin đào tạo, nghiên cứu khoa học và hợp tác quốc tế; thông báo học bổng, tuyển sinh, việc làm, liên kết đào tạo, kiểm định chất lượng; đồng thời có các bài viết chuyên sâu và nội dung phỏng vấn, góp phần làm rõ vai trò học thuật và đóng góp của Trường trong hệ thống giáo dục đại học Việt Nam.
ULAW NEWS sẽ được xuất bản định kỳ vào thứ Hai hằng tuần, bảo đảm tính kịp thời, liên tục và nhất quán trong cung cấp thông tin. Việc phát hành bản tin được triển khai trên các kênh truyền thông chính thức của Trường, bao gồm website và các nền tảng mạng xã hội, qua đó gia tăng mức độ lan tỏa và khả năng tiếp cận đối với nhiều nhóm công chúng trong và ngoài nước.
Đội ngũ thực hiện ULAW NEWS được tổ chức theo mô hình phối hợp chặt chẽ, với sự tham gia của sinh viên cộng tác nội dung, chuyên viên và lãnh đạo Phòng Truyền thông và Quan hệ Doanh nghiệp, cùng giảng viên giữ vai trò cố vấn, thẩm định chuyên môn. Quy trình biên tập – duyệt tin được xây dựng theo 3 bước chặt chẽ, từ thu thập nội dung, biên tập – thẩm định song ngữ đến phê duyệt và phát hành, nhằm bảo đảm mỗi bản tin đều đạt yêu cầu về chất lượng nội dung, tính học thuật và chuẩn mực truyền thông.
Không chỉ là sản phẩm truyền thông, ULAW NEWS còn được kỳ vọng trở thành môi trường thực hành học thuật, nơi sinh viên có cơ hội rèn luyện kỹ năng viết, biên tập và sản xuất tin tức bằng ngôn ngữ nước ngoài trong lĩnh vực pháp lý. Qua đó, Nhà trường góp phần nâng cao năng lực hội nhập, kỹ năng nghề nghiệp và tư duy truyền thông quốc tế cho người học.
Việc xuất bản bản tin song ngữ ULAW NEWS đánh dấu một bước tiến quan trọng trong nỗ lực chuyên nghiệp hóa hoạt động truyền thông, khẳng định định hướng hội nhập sâu rộng và vị thế của Trường Đại học Luật TP.HCM trong mạng lưới giáo dục luật học khu vực và quốc tế. Trong thời gian tới, ULAW NEWS được kỳ vọng sẽ trở thành cầu nối hiệu quả, lan tỏa những giá trị học thuật, đổi mới và trách nhiệm xã hội mà Nhà trường theo đuổi.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Law officially launches the bilingual ULAW NEWS from 2026
As part of its strategy to strengthen international communication, enhance academic visibility, and promote global integration, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law will officially launch the ULAW NEWS bilingual bulletin in foreign languages starting from January 1, 2026. This initiative represents a key communication activity of the University, aiming to systematically introduce its educational, scientific research, and academic activities to international audiences.
According to the approved Plan, ULAW NEWS is developed as an official and standardized information channel, providing regular updates on the University’s major activities. Through this bulletin, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law seeks to promote its institutional image while delivering accurate and reliable information to international partners, affiliated universities, scholars, experts, and international students interested in legal education and research in Vietnam.
A defining characteristic of ULAW NEWS is its bilingual format, which ensures consistency and accuracy in both content and translation, particularly with regard to legal and educational terminology. English will be implemented as the regular publication language, while other foreign languages such as French, Japanese, and Chinese will be produced on a thematic or quarterly basis, in line with the University’s international cooperation activities and communication needs.
In terms of content, ULAW NEWS is structured as a weekly overview of notable events, covering the University’s core areas of operation. The bulletin includes highlights of major events, general information about the University, updates on education, scientific research, and international cooperation, as well as announcements related to scholarships, admissions, employment opportunities, training linkages, and quality assurance and accreditation. Selected in-depth articles and interviews are also incorporated to further demonstrate the University’s academic role and contributions within Vietnam’s higher education system.
ULAW NEWS will be published on a weekly basis, every Monday, ensuring timeliness and continuity in information dissemination. The bulletin will be distributed through the University’s official communication channels, including the institutional website and official social media platforms, thereby expanding its outreach to both domestic and international audiences.
The production of ULAW NEWS involves close coordination among student contributors, leaders and specialists from the Office of Communications and Corporate Relations, and faculty members serving as academic advisors and content reviewers. A structured three-step editorial and approval process—including content collection and drafting, bilingual editing and academic review, and final approval and publication—has been established to ensure accuracy, academic integrity, and compliance with the University’s communication standards.
Beyond its role as a communication product, ULAW NEWS is also envisioned as an academic practice platform, providing students with opportunities to develop skills in news writing, editing, and content production in foreign languages within the legal field. Through this initiative, the University contributes to enhancing students’ professional competencies, international communication skills, and readiness for global integration.
The launch of the ULAW NEWS bilingual bulletin marks an important step in the University’s efforts to professionalize institutional communication, reaffirming Ho Chi Minh City University of Law’s commitment to internationalization and its position within regional and international networks of legal education and research. In the coming period, ULAW NEWS is expected to serve as an effective bridge, disseminating the academic values, innovation, and social responsibility consistently upheld by the University.
